Waste is one of the most important issues facing the Welsh construction industry. Using more recycled materials and minimising the waste the construction and demolition process is crucial to creating a more sustainable environment. CEW is delivering theWelsh Government's construction and demolition waste programme. We are educating, informing, challenging and helping everyone in the built environment supply chain to make sure that 90 per cent or more of the waste generated by the construction and demolition sectors in Wales will be re-used or recycled.
